Event Success
The 2nd Arts Health and Wellbeing Fairs was held at St Mary’s Complex on Saturday and had a great turn out with lots of new visitors trying and sampling local services and products. Among the contributors was local optician Jonny Goggles who gave away free eye tests and local learning venue Rotunda who provided a very engaging demonstration session of Qui Gong. The day was a huge success and the word has definitely spread for the main event on Saturday August 28th.

Voice Bootcamps with SoSo Club
These workshops are ideal for anyone who has their own business and needs to represent themselves.
The workshop covers the basic theories of how the speaking voice works, vocal exercises, vocal health tips and improving your voice and presentations with tone, inflection and projection. I do, of course also talk about and the big one, fear of public speaking!!!
I am keeping numbers low so I can answer specific issues and concerns etc.
Each workshop is for 3 hours and costs just £30
Dates are as follows
Thursday 12th August 26th August
Tuesday 7th September 21st September
All classes are from 10.00am to 1.00pm
They will be held at studio 11, St Mary’s Complex
