Are you a carer or have been a carer or someone I Dementia?
Well there will be a family carers matter programme over two running days, this will be in the Liverpool Carers Centre, Local Solutions.
The aims of the programme are to:
- Help you maintain a good relationship & communicate with the person youre caring for.
- How to best ensure that the person is meaningfully engaged;
- Understand what your needs are & how to keep well
- opportunity to meet, share & get support from other carers
The course will be free as it is unded by the Big Lottery Fund
the courses will be running as followed:
